The course is accredited by the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board and the European Herbal Practitioners Association Accreditation. Students undertake three broad themes of study; Western medical sciences, Chinese Medicine (Chinese Herbal Medicine with Acupuncture and Moxibustion) and research methods and evidence-based practice. There is a strong emphasis on clinical training and this is undertaken at the Asanté Academy of Chinese Medicine, located at the Archway Campus of the University.
