The European Journal of Oriental Medicine (EJOM) is published by the British Acupuncture Council. Since its foundation in the spring of 1993, EJOM has opened up the arena of debate surrounding oriental medicine beyond the scope of most professional journals in the field.
In addition to articles reporting on various aspects of clinical practice, the journal's remit also encompasses the wider contextual frameworks provided by education, philosophy, politics and medical anthropology. Each issue is themed, attracting diverse contributions from practitioners, researchers and academics.
